Who benefits most from these programmes?
Our programmes are tailored specifically for Malaysians in their 40s and above — particularly those who are self-employed or freelancing, those who are cautious about investment products and want to understand them first, and those who are beginning to think seriously about what retirement will actually look like. You don't need any financial background. All sessions are delivered in plain language.
Are sessions held in person or online?
We offer both options. In-person sessions take place at our Kuala Lumpur office at 44 Jalan Yap Kwan Seng. Online sessions are conducted via video call and are equally thorough. When you enquire, we'll discuss which format suits you best.
Do I need a background in finance to participate?
Not at all. These sessions are designed precisely for people who have not had formal financial training. We start from your current situation and build understanding from there. Curiosity and a willingness to engage are the only things you need to bring.
What happens after I send an enquiry?
A member of our team will contact you within one to two working days to understand your situation and recommend which programme may be most suitable. There is no obligation to enrol — we simply want to help you understand your options first.
Can my spouse or a family member attend with me?
Yes, and we actually encourage it, particularly for the Resilient Retirement Programme where household-level planning tends to produce much more useful outcomes. Please mention this when you enquire and we will accommodate accordingly.
Are the programmes available in Bahasa Malaysia?
Currently our materials are in English, but sessions can be delivered in Bahasa Malaysia upon request. Our educators are fully bilingual and happy to conduct discussions in whichever language you are more comfortable with.
How is my personal financial information handled?
All information shared during sessions is treated with strict confidentiality and handled in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. We do not share your data with third parties. You can read our full privacy policy for details.
What if I need to reschedule a session?
We understand that life doesn't always keep to a schedule. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. We aim to be as accommodating as possible — please simply reach out by phone or email and we will arrange an alternative time.
